Skilled in spiritual warfare and a dynamic preacher, this end-time vessel can often be found dispensing golden nuggets of wisdom that have been tempered by the timing of God. Her passion for the broken-hearted and down-trodden has compelled her to open a transitional home for women and children who are victims of abuse and homelessness. In 2001, the vision came to pass with the incorporation of the House of Rizpah, Inc.
In 2002, she was ordained at Jabbok International Ministries under the superb pastorate of Bishop Donald A. Wright. There, she serves an active member of the outreach ministry, frequently ministering at events geared to those who are overlooked by society. She was recently appointed as a ministry leader charged with overseeing the Single Mothers’ ministry, a position which she holds very dear to her heart. She obtained her B.A. in Business Administration in 2003 and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Counseling.
Elder Carr is the mother of two children, and the grandmother of four. She is truly a woman after God’s own heart.
